Senior Architect/Lead Architect / UAE

My client a leading Architectural Consultancy in Dubai requires a Senior Architect or Lead Architect to join their vibrant team.

The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of complex architectural projects. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a minimum of eight years' experience in the architectural industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the architectural design process from concept to completion.
• Manage and mentor junior architects, providing technical guidance and design mentorship.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Oversee the production of high-quality construction documents.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and project budgets.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proven experience in leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Strong design skills and a deep understanding of architectural principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in the Middle East construction industry.
• Must be proficient in Revit.
