Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure / Oman

A leading real estate developer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Site Senior Project Manager to oversee the infrastructure development of a large-scale project in Oman.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in infrastructure development projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects in the Middle East region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and expenditures.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.
• Provide direction and support to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Resolve any issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
