Project Engineer - Interface
Job Purpose :-
Conduct and plan engineering activities and establishes work structure
in meeting project schedule and completion. Report interface engineering agreement process with internal and external stakeholders to assure effectiveness of engineering deliverables. Preparing projects delivery interface agreement plan and aligning all Company assets aspects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Knowledge and/or Experience
8 years’ experience in projects environment in area of specialization within Oil and Gas Environment.
Technical and Business Skills
Computer literate, with advanced knowledge of all relevant engineering software tools, systems and tools.
Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written
skills)
Knowledge and/or Experience Plan, coordinate and prepare work scope between various departments, divisions, sections and disciplines during FEED & EPC activities to ensure smooth completion of planned activities.
Take ownership of Interface Management Process within Company.
Identify and coordinate synergies and interfaces with other Projects/assets/parties and ensureinterface management and alignment across the project stakeholders
Responsible for coordinating development/approval of Interface Agreements and related deliverables
Develop; implement comprehensive safety programs and initiatives to keep safety utmost in project execution
Ensure FEED & EPC activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and interface with stakeholders.
Review Project Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis, participate in execution Risk Assessment and verify compliance to Safe Work Practice (SWP) to assure safe execution.
Assist FEED/EPC Contractor in identifying required Interfacing scope and achieve technical/engineering alignment.
Resolve FEED & EPC issues that may arise and communicate with the Project Management Team (PMT). Elevate issues to higher management when necessary.
Lead interface technical coordination and engineering alignment with third parties for the development of engineering and construction interface packages.
Review site condition and mitigate hazards/risks at site to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, including contractual requirements
Support other engineers in complex analyses and assignments and provides expertise to ensure completion of activities within schedule.
Ensure interface agreement delivery plan is well prepared/ defined and align with departments coming projects forecast.
Support projects PMT on RLIC technical needs to ensure compliance with RLIC policies requirements.
Administer the interface register and periodic interface status reports for management.
Ensure interface agreement close out is complied with Company hand over procedure and assuring all as-built drawings and other engineering documents are up to date. Support projects on applying lessons learned and maintaining the implementation.
