Looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join team in Sydney!

Location: Smithfield, NSW

Duties and experience:

Contribute to behavioral change and continuous improvement through training and support to Business Units.
Deliver HSE training, audit, and performance improvement programs.
Provide analysis of HSE data, report progress on implementation of Sustainability Objectives and KPIs.
Support team in risk assessments and contribute specialist knowledge to effective risk management.
Collaborate across functions and with stakeholders to raise awareness, drive performance, and build credibility.
Contribute to and execute HSE performance-related projects, reporting on objectives.

Experience wanted:

Relevant diploma/degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management
3+ years of experience in a similar HSEQ role, preferably within the energy or engineering sector.
Sound knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Certification in HSEQ management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) would be advantageous.
