We have an urgent opportunity for Senior HSEQ Programs Officer position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HSEQ or any degree with HSEQ related qualifications.
- With minimum 10 years of experience in all HSEQ functions (Safety, Environment and Quality) within major Oil and Gas, Energy or Technology industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of current international standards for HSEQ systems and implementation of HSE systems and processes within industry.
- Extensive experience in internal and external safety statistics and KPIs reporting for management review.
- Knowledge and execution in MS Office and other application software.
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting).

- Keep updated on best practices and international standards within Industry.
- Support in developing and rolling out HSEQ programs and campaigns across various assets and projects as per annual plan to meet business requirements.
- Develop and update HSEQ policies and procedures based on best practices and international standards and ensuring effective business processes are embedded into existing operations.
- Establish and execute trainings, covering RMI L3 process, report and manage incidents, to meet process objective for staff and contractors.
- Coordinate and maintain HSEQ incidents reporting process and systems supporting organisational effectiveness.
- Support safety observations reporting process as part of department business control process.
- Coordinate development and execution of HSEQ IT solutions and projects with clear timeframe, KPI and milestones during HSEQ & IT project lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain and update CLIENT's Management System (QGMS) processes related to Ensure Protection-Report and Manage Incidents supporting organisational effectiveness.
- Prepare analysis, trending, reporting and stewardship of HSEQ data and statistics and communicate results to various stakeholders.
- Coordinate HSEQ internal and external communications, events, forums, and networking sessions in keeping with department communication initiatives.
