People Advisor (Expatriate Management) / Indonesia

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with strong exposure to immigration formalities.
Broad understanding of the industries that Multinational Company operates in, preferred professional services or a large corporation with an energy or resources focus.
Ability to work well under pressure with a multitude of competing priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external organizations and across cultures and countries.
Unquestionable integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
A good team player with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively in both Bahasa and English as required by the role.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Knowledge of Sharepoint, Oracle and Success Factor would be a plus

Manage multiple project sites
