Director - Quantity Surveyor / Kuwait

We have an opening for a Director Quantity Surveyor role with our esteemed client, in Kuwait Location

Position: Director, QS
Industry: Architecture / Construction
Location: Kuwait
Experienced: At least 18+ years of experience overall. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role and industry. Preferred candidates will have current or previous experience working in GCC countries.
Team Management: Leading a team of 12.
Software Utilized: Proficiency in Cost X.
Standards: Adhering to RICS standards.
Proven experience of leadership role in large scale projects
Proven management experience, including managing budgets, staffing levels and quality and implementation metrics.

Role: Lead the company's Quantity Surveying Department and all its projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality requirements and contract obligations in order to fulfil client requirements.
