Project Administrator

Contract period: ASAP - 1 year contract
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:
- Carry out all administrative related activities towards clients and projects
- Handling external and internal communication
- Contribute with administrative IT support
- Create and maintain SharePoint Teams and public sites as well as Teams Channels
- Book and support booking of travel in SAP Concur  

Qualifications:
- Min 3-5 years of project administrative experience within the sector
- Knowledge of the energy sector or a genuine interest in the sector
- Have a problem-solving and critical thinking mind
- Very good communication skills (fluent in norwegian and english)
- Passion for working in an international workplace who finds enjoyment in serving the organisation
- Technical skills in using or establishing processes, procedures, systems or techniques using different software tools to maximize the efficiency of the flow of action in the organisation
- Experienced in establishing logical structure and systems on various platforms such as SharePoint and any internal drivers/platforms
