The client are looking for a Project Development Manager to join their regional team.
The Project Development Manager can be based from the Munich or Frankfurt office, working to support and manage a number of renewable energy projects that are progressing from inception through to consent and construction.

The client are looking for a Project Development Manager to join their regional team.
The Project Development Manager can be based from the Munich or Frankfurt office, working to support and manage a number of renewable energy projects that are progressing from inception through to consent and construction.
Responsibilities;
- Work within the Development Team to support the de-risking of early-stage projects as well as helping support the progress of projects from development into pre-construction
- Undertaking analysis to identify renewable energy opportunities against key criteria
- To assist in the preparation of technical reports and participate in the presentation of the results of technical studies
- Be familiar with software tools to analyse sites and carry out site surveys to identify the viability for commercial wind/renewable projects
- To progress projects in a timely manner to contractual conclusion and planning consent
- Contribute to preliminary and detailed multidisciplinary technical studies during the prospecting, site assessment, EIA, consenting and design phases of all renewable developments
- Coordinate external consultants to undertake Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and planning/consenting submissions.
Essential requirements;
- At least Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, scientific, or humanities discipline
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in large scale wind and / or solar project development in Germany
- EU Drivers License
- Ability to prepare and write clear, high quality, concise, and accurate reports and communications in German and English
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Experience contributing to preliminary and detailed multidisciplinary technical studies during the prospecting, site assessment, EIA, consenting and design phases of all renewable developments
- Familiar with software tools to analyse sites and carry out site surveys to identify the viability for commercial wind/renewable projects
