Junior Estimator / CA | Architectural Homes |

Join a leading Architectural Home Builders with over 30 years of experience in the Sydney market. Working on projects between $2M - $20M

The role:

Full cycle estimating
BOQ's within timelines
Take offs, quantities, production orders, supplier & contractor agreements
Liaising with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and site supervisors

The requirements:

Estimating experience
Contract administrator experience is a plus
Be familiar with estimating software
An understanding of purchasing and pricing
Understanding of applicable building codes
English language literacy and fluency
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
