Job Title Procurement Analyst  Category PSCM Location and Travel London based Role Synopsis The Contracting and Compliance (C&C) Team is responsible for ensuring the procurement activities comply to the Technical Service Contract and ROO governance. The team manages and develops Rumaila’s procurement systems and processes, contract models and procurement compliance frameworks; and  is also responsible for procurement planning and performance management related activities and reporting.

This role will directly report to the PSCM Contracting and Compliance Manager and provide procurement related system, process and compliance related support to the team. Key Accountabilities
  • Support the end-to-end Procurement process relevant procedures and documentation’s update, development and deployment.
  • Support the Procurement related system and process e-training materials’ development and release.
  • Support coaching and training to the wider Procurement team members for the Procurement related processes, procedures and ensure the compliance.
  • Support audit and compliance related activities.
  • Responsible for C&C and supplier performance management related activities and data analyses
  • Provide data analyses for procurement, contracting and compliance related activities.
  • Support any special projects required within C&C team.
Criteria & Qualifications
  • University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or other relevant business/technical discipline and ideally holds a professional qualification e.g. CIPS or CPM
  • Good procurement/supply chain experiences, including experiences in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance related process and procedures. (e.g. ACDD process, Human Rights and Modern Slavery Act)
  • Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision, with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written, collaborative and flexible style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferably, knowledge of Procurement systems – P2P e.g. SAP/Maximo and Ariba OneSource.
