Accounts Officer | Temp to Perm! / Australia

About the Role
This project homes builder is household name with over 15 years experience in the industry, known for their quality constructions.  Currently building upwards of around 200+ new homes a year, their finance team is in need of urgent support!

As an AP & AR wizz, you will report directly into the Financial Controller (who is a fantastic leader!) and assist across;

• End to end Accounts Receivable function including banking, invoice preparation, receiving payments
• End to end Accounts Payable including data entry of invoices, payment runs, reconciliations and filing
• Key contact for external supplier enquires 
• Preparation of accounting files, reports & summaries 
• Adhoc Administration duties including filing, tuping, data entry and general admin suport 

About You

• 3+ years experience within a similar role is a must - construction industry experience preferred!
• Sage Timerbline experience preferred
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounts or Bookkeeping
• MS Office skills including Exel 
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
• A high degree of confidentiality
• Strong English skills both written & verbal with interal & external stakeholder management very important within this role

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package upwards of $70k to $75k +superannuation.
