About the Role
The client is an Australian established & owned technology-led infrastucture business located in the Shire district of Sydney. With a focus on innovation and a strong reputation, the business provides digitalised technical data to support large-scale infrastructure projects nationally operating in a very niche (and pretty cool!!) space.

After now operating for over 5 years, it's become apparent there is a need for some glue in the business in the form of an Office Manager / Team Administrator. The team is relatively young with a strong culture upheld, and someone to add to & foster this culture is definitely what they're after. 

Essentially, they are seeking an experienced and confident Administrator who can jump in and truly be the glue to keep this machine together across the fast-paced nature of this working environment.  You will be the true go-to in the business, responsible for the efficient running of the Sydney office & team, as well as providing assistance to the company directors.  You will be working across;
  • Office Management including stationery and kitchen supplies, staff uniform requirements etc.
  • Event Management 
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Communicating with relative key stakeholders on behalf of the Director
  • Expense reconciliations & bookkeeping support
  • Social media & content coordination
  • General marketing & HR assistance, including recruitment, training coordination and new starter inductions
  • 1 on 1 support to the Director & Construction Manager as required
  • IT Support & trouble-shooting
  • General ad-hoc duties

About You

This is a varied and fast-paced role, seeing you as the go-to within the business. Not for the faint-hearted, you will be pulled in various directions but possess the ability to thrive within this environment. 
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred but not essential
  • Experienced across MS Office, XERO experience highly regarded 
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills and adherence to strict confidentiality
  • A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner
  • A vibrant, resillient and fun personality with a light-hearted nature 
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
  • An interest in the tech or construction environments would be ideal!
This is a permanent, full time role ideally. However, for the right candidate a part-time arrangement could be negotiated. 

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will benefit from a remuneration package upwards of $80k + superannuation.
