Site Supervisor - Hillarys / Australia

Your run will have a mixture of build styles and types and cover from Hillary's to Karrinyup and across to Yokine/Morley. This is a strategic hire to ensure that the team and their well being, are being looked after. 

In the role of Site Supervisor you will be working in a close knit team reporting to an efficient and supportive Construction Manager with the the role encompassing all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors, call forwarding and job programming software and management of client relationships to ensuring the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 18 months+ Residential experience (essential)
• Solid tenure with current or previous employers
• Trade background or tertiary qualification
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites 
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
