HR Administrator | Construction | 6mth FTC / Australia

Location: Sydney CBD, Australia
About the Role
The client is a leading commercial builder with over 30 years of experience in NSW delivering major New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-out projects up to $100M.

Operating across commercial, education, & government with a strong pipeline of upcoming work and some major recent wins, they are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to provide support to the fast-paced operational HR team. 

You will partner closely with the HRBP of NSW/ACT and work across;
  • Supporting the National HR team, predominantly focusing on the NSW & business
  • Recruitment coordination including posting jobs, interviewing and phone screening, ref checking, booking in interviews and providing feedback 
  • Onboarding & offboarding processes
  • HR Projects including assisting across the graduate programme roll out 
  • Learning & development assistance
  • Build strong and effective working relationships with operational and leadership teams 
  • HRIS management
  • Adhoc HR tasks as required
About You
To be considered for the position of HR Administrator you will have:
  • Experience within a team assistant / hr admin role is a must
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Business or relevant preferred
  • Exposure to the Construction award, EBA interpretation and various other industry awards 
  • Proven experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
