- Completion of Secondary (10 years) education, followed by 3 years Diploma or apprenticeship in Electrical, Mechanical, Control or Instrumentation
- 4-5 years' varied installation maintenance and repair experience in a power generation and distribution environment, ideally within the Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical industry, with some knowledge of related instrumentation.
- Basic knowledge in Program Logic Control (PLC) and experience in variable speed drives.
- Experience and knowledge with Diesel Generators.
- Should have working knowledge of computer applications software such as Microsoft Office/ Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
