SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL / London

We have a current opportunity for a SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL on a 12 month FTC basis. 3 days a week in London office and 2 days WFH.

This is a role for a general Commercial lawyer with construction experience, reporting to the Head of Legal, on a 12-month fixed term arrangement to join its in-house legal team.

The primary focus of the role is to offer legal advice and support to the business in regard to operations, maintenance and legacy construction arrangements.

• Providing advice and support to the Operations and Maintenance Team and the Commercial Team in the management of ongoing O&M and EPC contract arrangements (including advising on arrangements for repair of the interconnector during the defect liability period)
• Drafting and reviewing necessary contracts to assist the O&M team, including support contracts and repair contracts following the expiry of the defect liability period
