Personal Assistant to 2 x Business Execs | Construction / Australia

About the Role
The client is a national National Tier 2 builder with over 20 years of  experience, and a strong portfolio of upcoming projects spanning Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. This company have grown measurably over the past few years and continue to do so, priding themselves on the fantastic working environment they offer. With up to 10 ongoing projects at any one time, this busy engine room is consistently churning. 

This is an newly created opportunity to work alongside one of the most well-known executives across the Construction Sector as their true right-hand, as well as another impressive business leader. You will be depended on as their go-to as well as support their wider team which includes some of the top construction professionals in NSW. 

You will work across tasks such as;

• Heavy diary & email management
• Events coordination & management
• Expenses
• Travel coordination & booking
• Project administration and finance related assistance
• Team coordination for the wider Construction Team & Support function
• Assisting in site administration and training record management
• Personal tasks such as booking appointments, restaurants, running errands, lunch collection etc 

About You
For fulfilment of this role you will be true one of a kind candidate, the right attitude and personality is paramount to your success! You will possess;

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working win a similar role
• Experience in the construction or property industry preferred but not a must
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline OR relative experience 
• You will be creative and have out-side-the-box thinking
• You will be organised to the max and able to jump across multiple responsibilities 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fantastic presentation 
• A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will benefit from a remuneration package upwards of $100-110 inc superannuation, with a discretionary bonus also (experience & person dependent!).
