A leading high end residential focused architectural firm are seeking a Senior Design Architect/Design Lead to work with Director of the business as a 2IC. 

This multi-disciplinary practice is well renowned for producing high crafted and timeless designs for their wide range of clients. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects, lead/mentor the team and work towards an associate or director role within the practice.

Who you are:
  • 7 + years experience with a background in high-end residential design 
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Architecture or a related discipline
  • ArchiCAD Proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the architectural delivery service including
    an ability and willingness to lead and encourage teams and promote motivation
  • Sound technical knowledge of architectural project delivery
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable codes, laws, rules and standards regulating the
    design and construction of buildings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and visual
  • Solid time management skills
