Site Manager - Fitout / Australia

The Company:

A successful and well regarded construction and fitout contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Site Manager to join the team of 45, to manage a portfolio of work across Perth and WA. 

Established in 2010, they're renown for their client first approach and the amount of repeat clients they deliver work for, on a metro & regional basis.  With a team of 45 employees, they have experienced steady growth and have a young, dynamic and high performing team.  

The Role:

As a Site Manager you will work closely with the Project Manager & Contracts Administrator, whilst being responsible for successful and timely delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

You will have a strong construction background, with prior experience of delivering commercial fitout & refurbishment projects as a Supervisor or Site Manager with a relevant degree or trade qualification.

About You:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2+ Years Site Management/Supervisory experience 
• Design & Construct experience (advantageous) 
• Proven track record of delivering multiple fitout and interior projects $500k+ (essential)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
