We are recruiting a Customer Service Specialist III for an initial 6 - month contract with our Multinational Pharmaceutical client located in Leeds, this role will be Hybrid after the initial onsite training.

Description:

Supporting the business with sales order processing tasks via EDI, Innowera and manual input via SAP. Process sales orders from various customer types with differing needs. Understand and report on EDI issues and errors, and work with IT to resolve. Provision of excellent customer service through timely fulfilment of other back-office tasks and responsibilities. Working with commercial quality to provide administrative support to the UK quality complaints process utilising Trackwise and liaising with patients and Health Care Professionals.


Responsibilities:

Management of the complete order release cycle using SAP.

Management of the Sales order workbench within SAP.

Reporting on various SOP related issues including MHRA holds, EAN code errors and pricing errors.

Maintenance of the system and ensuring orders are ready for release reviewing order blocks and order holds.

Responsible for daily liaison with the Demand Management team in terms of demand, customer reserve, EOQ and OMRS.

Work collaboratively with the Demand Managers to support stock allocations and releases.

Bill only reconciliation between SAP and the Warehouse Management System
Analysis and data interrogation.

EDI order management (specialist).

Maintaining the conversion tables within EDI.

Creating customer licences adhering to MHRA guidelines.

Working to deadlines and prioritisation.

System and data interrogation.



Experience:

Proven track record within a data entry and systems environment.

High volume administration skills gained within an office environment.

Experience within data analysis and interrogation.

Microsoft office systems such as Word and Excel.

EDI experience / SAP (Desirable).
