We are looking for a Secretary for a major Oil & Gas operator.
This is a full time position based in Reading UK - Previous Aramco experience is required
Project Scope
The program scope provides for installing a grassroot Central Producing Facilities (CPF) at Safaniyah and expanding existing Manifa Central Producing Facility (CPF) to produce, process and transport the crude oil to a new Terminal Facility at Ras Al-Khair. Moreover, the scope provides for installing a new NGL train at Wasit Gas Plant along with de bottlenecking certain facilities at Tanajib and Khursaniyah Gas Plants. Cogeneration, Water Treatment and Desalinations processes will also be installed as part of this Program.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide complex technical advice and support to contract proponents from the conception of contract service requirements through the execution of a contract to the termination of the contract or service requirements.
- Direct and participate in the development of engineering and financial studies that establish feasibilities for contract services and evaluation for alternatives that may be technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative.
- Coordinate and/or participate in the development of a professional level of analysis of: Company risk, exposure, technical qualification of bidders, scopes of work for various contract services.
- Participate as the contract proponent representative or delegate participation on the Bid Review Team charged with development of a realistic Company position on contract terms and the negotiation of these terms.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Educational & Technical Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Human Resource requirements and procedures (i.e. expenses report processing)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position
- Familiar with the country and city where the project is located
