Contract: Logistics Coordinator / United States of America

 A major oil and gas operator is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support operations remotely on a 12 month contract basis working 8-9 hrs a day, 40 hrs a week.

The primary duties for this role include coordination, dispatching of transportation and validate data discrepancies. Personnel working in this logistics role will be on a rotational schedule where coverage may include fielding evening calls.  
Experience in SCADA, Power BI, Cygnet, MS Office and oil and gas preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively identify and dispatch emergent and scheduled tank hauls
• Monitor telemetry to detect equipment issues and completed hauls
• Communicate with haulers to resolve issues encountered on site
• Identify field issues and communicate with field operations on potential solutions
• Create work orders for additional service work
• Document and troubleshoot haul rejections
• Validate data discrepancies between water and oil picked up and tank telemetry
• Collaborate across teams to drive improvement into the business
• Provide root cause and failure analysis to help the business grow
• Analytical prowess to leverage data and available resources to resolve key issues that arise in field operations.?
