Land Prospecting, permitting Team Leader / Poland

For the client, an international Energy Group constantly acquiring and developing new PV and onshore Wind projects in Poland, we are currently seeking for an experienced:

Land Prospecting, permitting Team Leader 

On this role, you will be responsible for:

- Implement and be responsible for executing the strategy for developing a portfolio of land for the development of renewable energy projects
- Supervise and support the land acquisition and development renewable energy project development team
-Identifying and securing land for the development of renewable energy projects,
- Surveying and evaluating land to identify areas that are most suitable for new renewable energy projects
- Monitoring and implementation of regulatory changes affecting the development of renewable energy projects (urban, environmental, other restrictions)
- Obtaining administrative permits necessary for the implementation of renewable energy projects

Ideal candidate should have:

- Fluent English Language
- Higher Education in relatable field
- Proven experience in land acquisition management
- Proven experience in land acquisition
- Proven experience in permitting (at best - energy sector)
- Willingness to travel
 
Workplace: Warsaw office or remotely
