Drafting & Design Manager / Australia

The Company:

A leading residential & commercial builder who have grown considerably over the past 8 years are now looking to add to their team again. A formidable name in the WA market, known for their bespoke & innovative designs and quality workmanship.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Design & Drafting Manager to head up the team. With a relaxed and supportive work environment, you will not only enjoy working on quality builds but also be part of a great team, who shares success.

The Role:

• Supporting and managing a team of 3 Drafters & Designers
• Manage all aspects of Residential & Commercial builds
• Update & compressive knowledge of building R- Codes, building codes of Australian and Local council regulations. 
• Working closely with the team to deliver on the exceptions of clients aligning with the ethos of the company.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications 
• Exceptional presentation, great attitude, and an impeccable eye for detail.

About You:

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:

• Revit proficiency (essential)
• Double storey residential experience (advantageous)
• Currently in a Drafting/Design Manager position or an experienced Senior Draftsperson looking to take the next step in their career 

What's in it for you?

A salary ranging from $95k-$120k + Super (DOE)
