We are looking for Local candidates to work as Field Operation Specialist for an international company in Erbil.
Duty Station: Erbil, with frequent visits to different cities of Iraq.

Job Summary:
The Field Operation Specialist supports company dealers in conducting assessments, providing needed support and training under the supervision of the Field operation Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily monitoring of the set Dealer Operation KPIs
- Continuously monitoring customer satisfaction level to make sure company operations meet customer requirements.
- Conduct necessary gap analysis for operation improvements based on PDCA Concept.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and support under supervisor of the Field Operation Manager.
- Leading and motivate dealer team members to achieve the operational goals and objectives.
- Monitoring and support on upselling initiatives.
- Participate in quarterly assessment of the dealer’s operations based on the company Operational Standards.
- Prepare reports on the assessments and dealer performance to management
- Participate in developing and enhancing customer journey SOPs in coordination with dealer service manager and Kaizen Champion.
- Support, guide and train dealers on Kaizen projects on request under supervision of the line manager.
Requirements:
- University Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or in related field.
- Similar previous experience (1 - 3 years) in automotive sector will be advantage.
- Flexible to travel frequently to different cities across Iraq.
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and implement projects.
- Analytical thinking, judgment and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good command of English is a must in addition to Kurdish and Arabic.
- Must be creative and innovative.
- Efficient in MS Office especially, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
- Valid Iraqi driving license is a must.
