The Company has a current vacancy for an experienced Operational Change Management Lead to work for up to 2 years at our Teesside facility.
Reporting to the IT & Data Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible for
the successful transition to a new ERP environment for Finance, HR, Operations & Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, and Supply-chain for the Teesside site. This is a leader role in a Project Team overseeing the transition of a global company project for a new modern ERP system.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Engage with all levels of the organisation on Teesside to ensure a smooth transition of the ERP environment.
• Identify & understand issues and risks related to the change in business processes and working practices.
• Compile regular updates towards an overall project plan for the business-process and systems changes.
• Become the focal point between Teesside project stakeholders and key project personnel regarding organisational
change management.
• Chair a regular meeting with the Change Agents on Teesside to maintain an appropriate pace of delivery of change.
• Ensure key messages are communicated with the workforce and confirm they have a full understanding of the
changes to their working practices.
• Organise delivery of transition training for all business functions on Teesside.
• Identify & report threats to budget and schedule for the Teesside project.
• Measure and report on the success of the change through the lifetime of the transition project.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent - Essential
• Ability to work with all levels of an organisation - Essential
• Demonstrable good reporting and communication skills (verbal & written) - Essential
• Ability to work, understand and follow instructions, standards and procedures - Essential
• Ability to function well within a team environment, adapt to changing business requirements with a positive “can
do” approach, whilst taking personal responsibility for quality & timeliness of work – Essential
• Experience working in Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical or other regulated industry - Essential
• Hold a Full UK driving licence and to drive company vehicles where appropriate - Essential
• Appropriate physical and mental capability to undertake the role - Essential
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP R4, SAP HANA software - Desirable
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) - Desirable
• Knowledge of data-warehouse technology and principles (e.g. Teradata) - Desirable
