About the Role
This residential homes builder specialises in project homes & granny flats and is a well-known name across the Central Coast & Hunter region. Known for their quality and affordability, they are currently building upwards of around 100+ new projects a year.
Their central coast head office is in need of a pre-construction specialist who can oversee all processes following the initial sales process through to construction commencement, with this varied role seeing you work across pre-construction, colour selections, and also jumping back in at the back-end to monitor the 90day warranty period following construction hand-over.
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package upwards of $80k to $90k +superannuation.

- Client engagement and problem-solving
- Set up and maintain project files from pre-site to construction commencement
- Liase with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities to obtain appropriate approvals and certifications
- Liaise with estimating and drafting teams
- Maintaining the CRM system - Buildertrend & JOBPAC
- Prepare and make sure HIA contracts are compliant and then approved prior to signing
- Providing consultation across the colour selections period for both internal & external choices, including all included finishings and hardware
- Prepare site files complete with all current project documentation and successfully handing project over to the Project Management team at construction commencement
- Provide excellent customer service at all times while maintaining a 'sense of urgency'
- Following construction handover at the end of the build, taking back client files to monitor the initial 90day warranty & defect period, scheduling and maintaining any due works
- Adhoc Administration duties
- 3+ years experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
- Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
- Strong English skills both written & verbal
