Responsibilities in the SHEQ Manager role, you can expect to:
- Direct the SHEQ function (c30 staff and contractor personnel) to promote and uphold policy goals and set functional direction
- Represent and promote SHEQ as part of the Operations Leadership Team and Wider Leadership Team
- Maintain leadership oversight of all SHEQ interfaces with industry, customer and community groups, ensuring all representation is undertaken in a professional and considered manner to enhance the company reputation
- Develop and implement a structured framework and associated improvement programme to integrate SHEQ Excellence and Sustainability requirements into the various sections of the Supply Chain Performance Management Lifecycle

- A track record of leadership delivery – positively changing outcomes through others
- Relevant industry experience including line management accountability
- Track record of implementing robust risk-based decisions in a major accident environment including engagement with appropriate regulatory bodies
- In-depth knowledge of oil and gas petrochemicals operations, maintenance, engineering, projects and quality management practices
