Senior Estimator - Renovations / Australia

The client is seeking an experienced estimator to join their tight-knit team as a renovations estimator. Specializing in custom home builds and renovations, this home builder has been commended and well-renowned for their quality of work and customer satisfaction. 
They are seeking someone who is able to come onboard and fit in with the culture and understand the importance of maintaining their brand and quality of builds. 

About the role:
- Complete all renovations estimating tasks as well as take on site supervising duties when required 
- Accurate job estimation & quoting
- Fulltime opportunity 
- Maintain compliance with WH&S, Local Authorities/Councils
- Communication with clients to design, construct and modify plans 

About you: 
- Experience in a similar role within renovations estimating 
- Experience in a site-supervisor role (ideally with a residential builder) 
- Construction trade qualified 
- Detail orientated 
- Looking to grow within the company and stay with the business for a while
