Scheduler - Modular Builder / Australia

The Company & Role:

A well established multi faceted builder who have become a household name in the Western Australian modular building sector, with a great reputation for building quality homes and projects. Due to continued strong sales, they're seeking a Scheduler with timber frame construction experience to join the team. 

As a Scheduler you will:

• Undertake scheduling and quantity surveying activities
• Produce scheduled take-offs of timber construction, ancillaries, and roof plumbing
• Interpretation of contract documentation and plans
• Preparation of purchase orders

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years experience working as a Scheduler for a builder 
• Read and interpret contract documentation including architectural and engineering plans
• A positive and self-motivated approach to your work 
• Excellent numerical and communication skills
