Job Summary:
The HR L&D Manager actively participates in the management of HRD section of the company leads the TIQ learning and development program under the direct supervision of the HRD General Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Lead the TIQ annual L&D Plan and implementation.
- Supervene, coordinate, and implement training programs as part of implementation of the L&D program.
- Prepare, track budgets, and negotiate L&D service contracts with third parties.
- Actively participate in Producing training materials need for inhouse trainings.
- Assessing the success of development plans to keep optimizing the plans.
- Supervise and mange L&D Specialist/s and Senior Specialist/s.
- Actively involved in Managing the developing HR team.
- Lead the assessment and carrier path plans for the TIQ employees.
- Lead the annual organizational review and company succession plan
- Lead the Competency appraisal and Performance Evaluation process including holding sessions, providing consultation to line managers and employees when needed.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that might be requested by the line Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or similar field.
- 5 years of proven experience in learning and development.
- Must be fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic languages.
- Proven problem-solving ability.
- High level of organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Experience of managing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and to deal with ambiguity.
- Ability of multi-task and under-pressure and in diverse work environment.
