Responsibilities
- Own and manage the global communication strategy and its deployment across all markets
- Define the strategy, execution and measures of integrated marketing plans to maximize brand awareness, demand, pipeline/opportunities and deal acceleration (via workshops/webinars, online events, roundtables, web properties, email marketing and content marketing).
- Lead the planning and deployment of integrated campaigns, collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders globally to achieve business outcomes.
- Develop and implement related activities in online, socials, telemarketing, customer engagement, and nurturing customer journeys.
- Support outbound marketing campaigns, implement and continually test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and tools etc.
- Develop strategic marketing plans for media, including content syndication, display ads, native, and social media channels.
- Work closely with business development leaders to optimize follow-ups.
- Achieve targets for marketing lead generation.
- Lead initiatives to optimize the performance of the marketing/sales funnels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Min. 6+ years of experience in leading B2B integrated marketing campaigns and programs, at least 2+ years in a senior post is advantageous.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing a B2B SaaS offering preferred.
- Strong marketing executional skills across key functions, including Demand Generation, Direct Marketing, Events, Marcom, and Web.
- Up to date with world news/trends, ability to relate to marco/microenvironment needs that can be changing concurrently
- Demonstrated history of organising and managing physical/virtual events, webinars, email, and paid media campaigns
- Ability to demonstrate a command of the marketing mix to leverage between both the current client base and prospects.
- Demonstrated experience with data-driven demand generation campaigns
- Hands-on experience building and analysing reports in CRM (Hubspot)
- Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and experiments; owning campaign performance and adjusting tactics to meet goals and justify budgets.
- Experience with large ads platforms such as LinkedIn and Google would be great
- You must be curious, creative and meticulous to details with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple deadlines
