QA QC Specialist (I&E)

- Must fully understand the concept of our QA documentation and work flow process and be able to execute and manage accordingly.
- Must have thorough knowledge of the Turnover process and how the QA process relates back to it.
- Work with Contract QC’s to ensure all required QA folders are built according to the guidelines set by the EI Supervisor.
- Conduct any needed package, work list or P6 reviews to ensure all equipment requiring a QA package is captured.
- Transmit QA documentation to its respective location, using the format and following the guidelines specified by the EI Supervisor.
- Must perform quality checks on ALL documents prior to transmitting to ensure all documents are completely and properly filled out and signatures are legible.
- Ensure any and all redlines or changes are approved by the EI Coordinator, prior to implementation.
- Ensure all installations are acceptable, safe and maintenance friendly prior to sign-off.
- Work with Contract QC’s and Contract Supervision during the construction effort, to ensure installations are adequate, minimizing rework and punch list items.
- Educate Contractors on QA requirements.
- Track ALL punch list items to completion.
- Witness and validate all required testing.
- Must be fully engaged with contract QC, as well as all field activities and be able to provide adequate QA updates at any given time.
- Must correspond daily with the EI Coordinator, communicating any and all issues or concerns.
- Build SIS packages per the guidelines set by the EI Supervisor.
- Consult EI Lead and EI Supervisor to resolve any questions or concerns regarding what is required versus what is not, for QA documents, testing, installs, etc.
- Work within the schedule guidelines, as defined by the EI Supervisor.
