Higher Finance education and not less than 5 years of work experience in managerial positions
Necessary knowledge    
•    legislative and regulatory acts in taxation and accounting;
•    legislative and regulatory acts in International taxation;
•    resolutions, directions, orders and other senior, methodical and regulatory materials of authorities by organization of issues of taxation
•    company structure, its strategy and development perspectives;
•    Labor, Civil legislation, legislation of Administrative violations fundamentals.
Necessary skills

•    mentoring and coaching skills;
•    ability to handle stress.

The main job duties of Tax Manager are to:

Ensure integrity of the tax function at company.
Ensure appropriate controls are in place to secure tax risk management for company in RoK with respect to tax compliance and tax planning.
Ensure tax presence and where possible input in company’s main activities including development, social projects, marketing, finance and operations.
Ensure systems are in place to monitor all relevant amendments to RoK tax legislation for further reference and use in Tax Department activity.
Ensure liaison with other company Departments related to compliance with legislation requirements regulating all types of taxes, including the taxes related to functional area of the other company Departments.
Support all the Departments of company in compliance issues with tax legislation requirements.
Make recommendations to the Finance Director to add or delete resources from Tax Department.
Ensure tax procedures are updated as needed.
Participate in Tax Subcommittee meetings and interact on a regular basis with its members.
Manage communications between Tax Department and any outside parties including other user departments, Contracting Companies, RoK authorities.
Participate in on-going internal and external tax audits.
Ensure the registration of all the taxes and other compulsory payments related to company activity.
Gives necessary recommendations on taxation issues. Participate in reviewing issues related to taxation issues.
Manage Tax Department team including all aspects of human resources: orientation, professional development, planning work and priorities, monitoring progress, as well as assessing and managing performance.
