Sales & Marketing Coordinator | Project Homes / Australia

About the Role
The client is an established Project & Custom Homes Builder in Western Sydney. They are looking for an experienced sales administration assistant or keen early-career marketer who has worked in a similar role to join their Sales & Marketing team to help keep all of the wheels consistently turning.

You will act as the central go-to for the external Sales Consultants as well as provide adhoc marketing support to the wider team. 

In essence, you your responsibilities will be including;

• Generating HIA contracts
• Inputting data into various CRM platforms such as Excel, Onsite Companion & Databuild and ensuring all information is accurate and current
• Manage sales files & data ensuring a smooth handover to the client liaison team following sign off of sale 
• Marketing support such as website, social media, and print marketing support

About You
This role would suit someone who has worked within a real estate office supporting busy agents across their sales process. Or, to otherwise be considered for this position you will have:

• 1-2 years experience within a similar role within the Real Estate, Property or Construction Industries 
• Impeccable organisation skills
• Highly computer literate, with Onsite Companion or Databuild experience highly regarded
• The ability to prioritise your workload in a changing environment
• A high attention to detail
• The ability to work towards deadlines
