The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a HR Manager to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving tunnelling in Oslo.

Job Role / Responsibilities

As a HR Manager, you will be part of a leading contractor specialising in infrastructure projects. You will have a leading and broad role in HR where you will work with trade negotiations, employment contracts, contracts, salaries, and business development.

Requirements

-At least 5 years of experience in similar roles

-Previously worked with unions, employment law and liaise with suppliers

-Fluent Norwegian (Swedish or Danish could be conisder)

-Experience in the construction and civil engineering
