Executive Assistant to GM of Construction | Commercial / Australia

About the Role
The client is a national National Tier 2 builder with over 20 years of  experience, and a strong portfolio of upcoming projects spanning Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. This company have grown measurably over the past few years and continue to do so, priding themselves on the fantastic working environment they offer. With up to 10 ongoing projects at any one time, this busy engine room is consistently churning. 

This is an opportunity to work alongside one of the most well-known executives across the Construction & Development Sector as their true right-hand. You will be depended on as their go-to as well as support their wider team which includes some of the top construction professionals in NSW. 

You will work across tasks such as;

• Heavy diary & email management for the Director 
• Events coordination & management
• Expenses
• Travel coordination & booking
• Team coordination for the wider Development Team & Finance function, a go-to for the CFO also (no diary or inbox) 
• Design and implement processes & controls for the wider business
• Assisting in administration for site acquisition and development processes

About You
For fulfilment of this role you will be true one of a kind candidate (we like to call them Unicorns!) and possess;

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working win a similar role
• Experience in the construction or property industry preferred
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline OR relative experience 
• You will be creative and have out-side-the-box thinking
• You will be organised to the max and able to jump across multiple responsibilities 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fantastic presentation 
• A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will benefit from a remuneration package upwards of $105-115 inc superannuation, with a discretionary bonus also (experience & person dependent!).
