We are working with an established leading water technology company to grow the digital solutions team! A Senior Proposal Manager will be joining them to lead, plan, schedule, and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality responses to business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales Team, Client Solutions Architects, Engineer team and Project Management team) to lead and take ownership of the proposal preparation
- Lead all aspects of proposal/tender preparation from the development and collection of materials, technical writing, clarifications, graphics, document editing, content review, printing, to the final document assembly
- Participate in the Go or No Go Process with the Senior Director of Client Success and Sales team
- Coordinate and produce proposals (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP etc.), assemble proposal team when needed and proposal management plan
- Facilitate interaction between various parties to improve alignment and reduce the risk during the proposal stage
- Align communication and processes between the proposal team, Client Solutions Architects (CSAs) and subject matter experts
- Develop the themes, strategies, outlines, budgets and work schedules of bid/proposal
- Address situations to assure compliance internally and externally to digital solution use
- Review proposal sections developed by members of proposal teams continually, providing guidance and recommendations, and editing sections as appropriate, compliant and timely
- Create best practices (e.g., SOPs etc.) to help benefit the proposal/tender team
- Conduct training to enable best practices for proposals/bid preparation
- Ensure the salesforce and database of marketing material for digital solutions on SharePoint/Marketing Server is updated regularly
- Mentor staff on aspects of successful development of proposals and other marketing materials
Qualification & Requirement
- At least 7+ years of experience in Bid/Proposal management in a professional/consulting services related organisation
- Experience in water industry, understands numerical modelling digital solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Engineer, Water Resources or related field
- Preferably with industry-recognized certification program for professionals working in a bid/proposal environment or equivalent
- Proven experience in proposal preparation and management extensive with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Site)
- Ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals within complex scope and business environment
- Strong organizational writing, researching, editing, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to promote agility in team collaboration
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM databases
- Bilingual language skills is advantageous
- Experience with public sector and government procurement policies is a plus
