Higher Education with Degree
No less than 10 years in corresponding sphere
Strong ability of English and knowledge of Russian
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Plan, assess, organize and control the quality and dates of performance
Leadership, Teamwork and Communications experience: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead diverse project teams including Nationals, Expats, Operators, Technicians, Supervisors and Engineers.
Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate up, down and across multiple organizations and departments. This position will need to work closely with various groups and stakeholders within and outside the project to achieve desired result.
Recognize and Implement the right tools and processes to be in place to execute the startup.
Identify nature of task, assess the significance, generalize by different reasons
Select and implement the best alternate solution
Support the initiative and creativity to work
Act as governed by own initiative
Demonstrate aspiration to continuous improvement of work
Analyze the needs of reports and help them in developing the required skills
Create and develop the socially-psychological climate in the team
Make sure that team members understand personal and collective responsibility for the quality of work tasks
Express own ideas and communicate to reports and management in written and verbal form
Find common language with different types of people
