Contract: Productivity Engineer / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

Engineering/ Industry-Related Field of Specialization (Electrical/Structural/Mechanical) 
No less than 3 years of proven construction experience in the installation of onshore and/or offshore oil and gas facilities
Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English
Fluent with Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Database Management; SPC, Primavera, AutoCAD
Technical skills–ability to review designs, 3D models, engaging with site and off-site engineering and construction teams as required.
Planning skills –ability to review L3/L4 schedules, support construction prioritization and sequencing of activities.
Communication skills – ability to communicate with project management and internal/external stakeholders. Proven cultural sensitivity, able to exercise patience and understanding of cultural difference.
Presentation/Facilitation skills – ability to engage stakeholders into established meeting objectives and guidelines to keep discussions effective.
Problem-solving skills- ability to proactively identify and resolve issues and challenges ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
