Organize and ensure PSSR process is delivered:
• Implements and follows PSSR guideline and initiatives including people/organization, work processes, process safety, walkdowns, verification checklists.
• Lead the implementation of the PSSR process for designated facilities, coordinating across System Completions, FE, HES and Operations teams.
• Provides guidance to Functional reviewers and Approvers on PSSR deliverables.
• Monitor tracking and reporting dashboard for PSSR deliverables and milestones,
• Ensure PSSR PSI requirements are included into PSSR plans and validated.
• Coordinate PSSR plan 6-9 months before each RFO including office-based reviews, walkdowns and deviation management.
• Ensure PSSR completion is aligned with schedule; prioritize activities and resources.
• Liaise with Area Supervisors to promote cross-organization and facility consistency
Communication, Engagement and arrangements:
• Communicate and track PSSR process and status updates. Identify barriers or issues, manpower issues etc
• Plan, schedule, communicate, and conduct PSSR activities; including kick-off meetings, desktop checks, inspections, walkdowns, and certificate signoff.
• Communicate potential SIMOPs risk related to Start-up of facilities
• Elevate issues that arise to the System Completions and Start-up team
• Cascade, elevate and communicate information or issues regarding Process Alarms and Safety Instrumented Systems (Bypass Critical Protection, SIF Activations, PSV Activations)
• Ensure execution of critical PSSR activities is included P6 schedule, respectively.
• Conduct regular interface meetings with PSSR Focal Points to understand progress/risks/issues.
PSSR/RFSU Walkdowns, Field/Desk checks and SI-139 functional review:
• Assist with MC walkdown plan and schedule. Support manpower coordination when applicable.
• Key interface on MC/RFC and PSSR walkdown with Startup Walkdown Consultant and Systems Completion. Communicate action items when appropriate.
• Clearly understand the mapping and sequencing of sub-systems/systems into individual PSSR groupings as it pertains to boundaries. Monitor commissioning activities ensuring PSSR scope is correct.
• Review and align with HPLP Construction Team on mapping and sequencing of sub-systems/systems into individual PSSR groupings.
• Collaborate with Functional reviewers to drive PSSR to closure.
• Align the PSSR walkdown with Systems Construction activities.
• Reviews PSSR non-conformances/punch list and track actions to closure. Determine if any action is required as a result of the PSSR nonconformances.
• Update MOC based on PSSR findings.
• Review the PSSR checklist to confirm the PSSR has been performed as required.
• Validate functional reviewers provide the required documentation including Process Safety Information.
• Lead, manage and coordinate functional reviews and complete PSSR requirements in support HPLP Schedule.
Job Specification and requirements:
Education (Diploma): Bachelor’s Degree of Higher National Diploma
Relevant Experience: Experienced working on integrated team and familiar with Operational requirements for SI-139. At least 10yr of Oil and gas experience. Advanced or upper intermediate English Russian & Kazakhstan language knowledge, excellent writing skills and have different cultural knowledge. Ability to Organize, articulate and coordinate large groups to focus on tasks. Ability to read and understand P&ID's and inherent risks.
Knowledge and experience of company safe work practices. Ability to communicate with engineering and read, understand and communicate concerns. MOC Training Requirements, PSSR Trainings. Ability to break systems and subsystems down in to manageable components for review.
Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Software Proficiency, Motivation, Ability to Meet Deadlines, Ability to Work Under Pressure. Collect, consolidate, structure information, work independently with minimal supervision.
