Contract: Data Analyst / Whiting

Job Details

Location: Whiting, IN--Some remote work may be considered but will need to be onsite a majority of the time.

Hours: M-F -40 Hours per week—some OT may be required.

Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience.  

Duration: 1 Year with possibility of extensions.

Responsibilities

• Run data analytics reporting for the refinery.
• Some programing duties.
• Assist with web design.
• Utilize Office365 applications: most specifically SharePoint, PowerBi and other Power Apps
• Run multiple database and statistical platforms.
• Visualize concepts and develop them into tangible metrics and outputs.
• Deep understanding of data mapping and procedural consistency for accurate statistical predictions.

Job Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, administrative assistant, or similar role. Entry level candidates with no experience will be considered if they meet the technological requirements.
• Must have a strong understanding of Office 365 applications: Primarily SharePoint and Power Point.
• Experience with PowerBi would be a big plus.
• Experience with web design would be a big plus.
• Candidates local to the BP Whiting region are highly preferred. No per diem or relocation package offered.
