Contract: Transport Specialist / Atyrau

Location: Atyrau 14/14

5+ years’ experience of transport management programs.
Previous experience of control/operations room working practices.
Previous experience of dealing with customers. Computer skills (Microsoft package).
Problem solving and judgement
Must be trilingual – English Advanced/ Kazakh / Russian
Verbal communication skills
Experienced and skilled at organization and planning
Ability to work independently and under own initiative 
Provision of ground transportation in Atyrau
Coordination drivers 
Timely reporting of any project motor vehicle accident and incident & personal injury
Coordinating logistics of all overseas project team members, VIP and other visitors
Coordinating with Agencies on transportation issues & activities between Atyrau, Tengiz, FB, Almaty, Aktau
Communication on any changes in transportation arrangements, etc.
Update all the rosters and reports concerning project transportation 
Act as the focal point of contact for the ISOS team in the event of them receiving an emergency call from a Kazakhstan based traveler 
Act as the focal “check-in” point of contact for all business travel at nightshift 
Updates and provides all shuttle schedule
