Job Responsibilities

Technical:

• Senior Consultant across Microsoft 365 Platform:
  • Strategic vision for customers modern workplace
  • Design, configuration, and migration to Microsoft 365 environments
  • Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security
  • Microsoft Power Platform and Automation (general understand and personal growth ambition)
  • Microsoft Teams Phone System and Voice (general understanding)
  • Good knowledge of 3rd party Microsoft 365 migration tools
  • Good knowledge of security fundamentals
  • Good knowledge of systems infrastructure, networking, monitoring and supporting tooling.

Pre-Sales:

• Sales and target driven, responsible for technical proposals, work closely with Sales Specialists to meet and exceed sales target.
• Strong technical sales and consultative selling skills in modern workplace solutions.
• Great communication skills with technical and business stakeholders to quickly understand the problems from customer and able to drive solutions for customers.
• Develop solution proposals and articulate the design and approach rationale.
• Professional Services effort estimates and Statement of Work development.
• Hands-on skills for implementing the proposed solutions.
• Can articulate the "Why Company” proposition with strong presentation skills
• Relationship retention and/or development with Microsoft specialist sellers

Delivery:

• Technical ownership of the solution during project delivery, and able to technically guide the delivery team for successful development and deployment of the proposed solution
• Work with delivery team and customers to overcome any technical blockers during project delivery.
• Champion in socialising Microsoft 365 best practices with customers and peers.
• Help drive automation first approach and benefits of solving problems using automation

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have highly developed skills and experience in customer management, development, enterprise consulting and development solutions, including:

• Extensive and demonstrated experience in building, configuring, designing, migration of Microsoft Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of the complexities of migration and enterprise project exposure.
• Exposure to third party migration tools and processes
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft identity manage solutions, such as Azure Active Directory.
• Experience in consulting environments, customer focused and ability to produce quality documentation.
• Exposure to various methodologies, best practices and technologies.
• Technical lead and management of multiple projects, define and understand customer problems, development of strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, high level of technical expertise and extremely passionate about technology.
• Up to date Microsoft Certifications on one or more relevant technologies is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years' experience with relevant technologies.

Highly Desirable

• Up to date certifications on one or more relevant technologies is desired.
• Technology skills in Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps
