• At least 4 years of experience in construction field
• At least 3 years similar experience in supervising
• Strong command of English and Swedish Language

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively monitoring the technical and production performance of subcontractors and reporting to the Construction Manager.
• Ensure that the sub-contractors are fulfilled by complying with the contract issues and give the necessary instructions for this.
• Check whether the works under the responsibility of subcontractors are performed within the contract period.
• Checking whether subcontractors have sufficient number of workers and technical personnel and reporting to the Construction Manager.
• In cases where the nonconformities require a temporary stop of the staff, machinery and equipment, immediately implement the directives and instructions given by the Health, Safety and Environment Department by reporting to the Construction Manager.
• Perform studies regarding the machinery, equipment, facilities, goods and services required for the performance of the works and to report to the Construction Manager.
• Report design nonconformities detected during production to the Construction Manager.
• Ensure correct distribution, filing and keeping of the documents in his/her filed of expertise and scope of authority.
• Participate and express opinion in Risk Assessment Activities.
• When deemed necessary, to stop any work on the construction site in accordance with the occupational safety rules and to report to the Construction Manager.
• Monitor, supervise, motivate the work of its employees, to participate in the works with necessary issues.
• Carry out his/her task in accordance with the quality occupational health, safety and environmental management systems policy, objectives and procedures.
