Bachelors Degree required, citizen of RoK. 4-5 years of: stakeholder plan development and implementation; project management; brand management; writing and editing collateral material for use in various channels; and event management Must have fluency in Russian and Kazakh (reading, writing and oral) and intermediate English (reading, writing and oral)
This position is the primary resource for PGPA Stakeholder Engagement team in leading the engagement and communications with key stakeholders including Ministries, Atyrau Oblast Akimat, Zhylyoi Region Akimat, NGOs, associations and communities. The position includes development of materials and messages for these stakeholder engagements
