Contract: KSU Lead Estimator / Kazakhstan

Location: Atyrau 6/2

Job Responsibilities:
Contributes to the systematic management of safety, health, environment, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance which is in support of Operational Excellence strategy.
Manages development and maintenance of Class 3 Estimate in accordance with Cost Estimating guidelines and requirements for a major capital project.
Manages FEED Contractor’s Cost Estimating team to ensure a robust and realistic project cost estimate.
Develops processes, procedures and tools to prepare Class 3 Cost Estimate.
Liaises with Decision Analysis team for the provision of economic analysis associated with project decisions and changes.
Leads Cost Estimate Assurance and Risk Assessment processes.
Provides cost estimates to support project change management process.
Manages and facilitates Cost Engineering Management of Change process.
Ensures all Cost Estimating and other relevant tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Required Knowledge and Skills
•    Higher degree education (liberal or technical)
•    Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
•    Experience in leading Class 3 Estimate development for a major capital project in oil & gas sector
•    Knowledge and experience of Cost Estimating guidelines and requirements
•    Relevant work experience on a capital project 
•    Advanced MS Office user
