Education: higher. Master's Degree in HRM and CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, ATD, ICF etc. certificates would be an asset.
Work experience: preferable.
Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English (Level 5 – “Advanced”).
PC knowledge and skills: advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Ability to make quality design of a presentation, document, or website on a short notice; to analyze and skillfully visualize data. Experience in data administration is preferred, for example in SAP or Workday.
Strong communication skills (especially written and spoken English) and public speaking skills. Advanced skills in searching for and structuring information and conducting various research related to learning, talent management and HR. Knowledge of the key HR processes is a must. Experience in conducting training and coaching is preferred.
Leading and implementing innovative Learning & Development (L&D) projects / solutions
Training program and learning event coordination and administration
Development of training programs and learning materials
Facilitation of corporate training programs and learning events
Training vendor management
Consulting on training programs, learning tools and processes
Providing coaching services
Providing support of the talent management and succession processes
