Track Manager - Vietnam / Vietnam, Asia Pacific

A well known engineering and manufacturing company is looking for a Track Manager to join an ongoing railway project in Vietnam. The successful Track Manager will hold a degree in engineering and have over a decade of experience working at management level.

The Track Manager role and responsibilities:

-Interaction and negotiation with the Employer, Consultant, Civil Contractor and any third parties for all issues of Trackwork system completion.
-External interface management with Civil Contractor and any third parties
-Internal integration management with subsystem managers and other departments
-Management of Trackwork documentation, construction and testing schedule
-Management and Control of Subcontractors for Trackwork
-Checking the documents prepared by Subcontractors for Trackwork
-Preparation of all Trackwork technical documents required by our Contract Agreement, Employer and Consultant or instructed by Project Manager
-Preparation of technical correspondence letters (draft) to the Employer, Consultant and Civil Contractors and any other 3rd parties
-Analysis of correspondence letters from the Employer, Consultant and Civil Contractor, and development to Subsystem Manager or Subcontractors for Trackwork system's issues
-Leading and managing and controlling all site works for Trackwork System installation, testing and commissioning
-Any other works related to Trackwork system of the project
